Justin,

Are you much of a drummer?
if so, have you always played or did you start in an effort to play bass better, or...?
i apologize if this has been discussed, i didnt find anything on the subject.

I can rock 'em, yes. I started just to rock on 'em! And so I could record demos alone. It's fun. I played drums live with Beck on a couple of songs on a couple of different tours.
