dubstep bass replication

Using this link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GL65vp5t_Mg I want to achieve a sound very similar to that using a variety of pedals. I know it's difficult to get the exact same sound, but I will settle for something close. I'm mainly interested in the bass drop with and without the womp (example 1:38 to 1:40), but will push my luck for the whole section (the subtle bass slide between womps).

I've never experimented with pedals up until now so my knowledge is pretty limited. Any help is appreciated!
