After building the first one I don't think running the octave down through the fuzz is as useful as just running it in parallel to the fuzz. So the simpler design keeps the fuzz the same, it just makes the octave down your clean blend. That allowed me to drop 2-3 controls. Running the octave down in the effected signal ended up being more useful for the temporal rift since its a time based effect vs this pedal.
So do you get a parallel set of dry/octave/fuzz to mix between, or does the fuzz or octave completely cover the dry line? When I had a Redwitch Zeus I asked them if they could make the two effects parallel instead of series and they said they didn't plan to ever do such a thing, but this seems like it would be akin to that, if the two switches are for fuzz and sub (can't tell what "energy" is doing)
