I contacted Dunwich Amplification in 2013 or 2014 to order this Sunn Beta Bass preamp in pedal form, as there weren't any Beta Bass preamps on the market at the time in this form factor (that I could locate).
The EQ section was modified by Dunwich to be an Ampeg-style tone stack, with three-position Midrange switch, Mid, Bass, and Treble, along with Volume and Gain controls.
The pedal was assembled by Magic Pedals.
Pedal works perfectly, is incredibly loud, and has seen very few gigs over the years, being used primarily in the studio. It is dead-on with my Beta Bass head, but with a far more useful EQ section IMO, as the stock Beta Bass EQ leaves much to be desired flexibility-wise.
