Inspired by this thread, here's the ampless club! Not to be confused with the headless club.
If you play gigs plugged into the FOH, this is the club for you.

Note: It's ok if you play through an amp in the rehearsal room (assuming you don't carry your amp there every time )

Here we can share experiences and insights regarding relying solely on your pedalboard or sound engineer for your sound, etc.

I'm in! I gig ampless maybe half the time. Even when I don't though my cab is just there as my own stage monitor. Cool club idea!

Do what you want . I actually had a heck of a time finding it again - I'm trying to get a moderator to edit the title of it as I no longer can I guess. We do have 10 members so far but it went zombie in 2011 .
Dunno if it makes more sense to have such a club here, in the amp forum like mine, in the effect forum (I use a Zoom MultiFX), the Misc forum or ?

I'd vote for closing this thread and joining the original club. "naked bassist" sounds very goofy though I already reported the topic to close it since it's a duplicate.
