Double Bass Early 50's Kay

Hello everyone--Brand new to the forum and was wondering about 1/2 size EUB's---i'm looking at a early 50's 1/2 size Kay in good condition with a $400.00 Biesele pickup--what would be a fair price and does the smaller UB's sell for less?

Hmm.
I'm not sure a 1/2 size Kay qualifies as an EUB.
