Early 1980's Aria Pro II SB-1000. Classic example of Japanese bass building at its finest. Traded to me as a 1982, but I'm not sure how to confirm that. I'm sure there are people here on TB who are far wiser about these basses than I am, so I'll just say that it's in beautiful condition with only minor little dings, buckle rash, etc. All controls work as designed, including the six-position knob. This is an 18-volt system but does have a toggle so you can run it passive. Of course you can probably tell by looking at it that even in passive mode it's not a very, um, passive bass. Pick your sound and this seems capable of producing it. I'm more of a simple bass plucker on a worship team, so I did take this in trade locally knowing I'd put it up for sale or trade here. Will ship in a Fender branded TSA case. Case fits "almost" perfectly; just needed a bit of cushion under the neck.

Looking for $1300, including free insured shipping to the conus. Trade interests would be first for a clean American P-bass with a maple neck, then anything else MIA that could give me some nice clean '70's Fender thump. Or maybe an EBMM or something like that. A trade plus some cash back to me would be especially nice.
