EBMM Stingray, review after a few weeks

My rays dont buzz. Id suggest loosening the truss rod slightly. Im guessing you got it at guitar center? Their techs always over tighten truss rods on musicmans. Oh and enjoy that bass musicman stingrays are amazing.

I'll loosen the truss rod slightly when I get home tonight.
I haven't done this before, any tips?
Here's what I've understood
- loosen strings
- loosen (CCW) the truss rod wheel by about 1/4 turn, using a screwdriver or something to turn it
- tune back up to pitch
- allow the bass to settle (probably overnight)
- play again

does that sound about right?
should I expect to have to adjust the bridge intonation after doing this?

no adjustments to the bridge are needed. and I wouldn't go as far as 1/4 turn. about 1/8 of a turn was just enough relief to stop my classic and 3 band from buzzing. I don't even think I loosened the strings.

And I bought it used, not sure when it was made or when it came out. I did get a good deal on it, though!

done, I put in a 1/4 turn and it's made a noticeable difference. I'll let it settle overnight now.
