EBS Octabass won't work with Aguilar Tone Hammer pedal?

Both work OK in isolation of each other but no matter how I try I cannot get them to work together. The manuals and YouTube promos do not help. Anyone got a clue what I may be doing wrong? I have checked placement, cables and connections thoroughly. Thanks.

I seem to have solved the problem BUT not happy. I disconnected the mains power supply (18v) to TH and reverted to battery, and all was well. Yet, the TH worked on same4 mains power connection by itself if no extra pedal. But as soon as I plugged in the EBS, TH went dead. With battery, no problem. Go figure!

What power supply are you using and how are you connecting each pedal to it when you have the issue?

And did it work the other way around? I mean, OctaBass on battery and ToneHammer on mains?
