I've become a huge fan of the Uruguayan musician and actor Jorge Drexler after recently seeing his performance on Austin City Limits from late 2024. Drexler is a giant in the Latin music world, and is a philosophically rich poet and lyricist whose music over the last 30 years runs the gamut of styles including pop, jazz, electronic, and traditional Latin American folk music.
This is my transcription of Gabriel Casacuberta's recorded bass line on Drexler's song, "Eco".

It's a relatively simple bass line and a good study of a steady eighth note line winding its way across some nice chord changes.
