Edit feature

I started a thread, and couldn't edit the post to include some more information. Meanwhile, making a post with the corrected information a minute (almost litterally) later, I could edit that post, but not the thread starting post.

Halp?

I got a thread up in the forum questions about this too. Seems that about after 5 minutes (give or take a couple) the edit button disappears I want it back...hard to follow the "delete the old bump" rule in the FS forum...
