I'M STILL AN EFFECTS ADDICT



I just went a different direction for a little while. I was on a big vintage effect kick (check my website for the full list, Link Removed). I'm back to accepting any type of FX (I used to just be vintage only) and I've really had some fun with some of them.

Here's what I've really liked

univox superfuzz (this thing is wild untamed noise, and i love it)
ram's head big muff pi (yes it does sound better than the new ones)
marshal guv'nor (GREAT overdrive, nice tweakable tones)
mojo hand cream pie (what a great little OD box, this thing rocks)

yeah, couple fly out's here and there, but i'll be home for a little bit. hopefully we'll head out for a nov-dec tour and finish out the year.

I would have to say that I am a Pedaholic... I just got my last fix yesterday. Every time I see a Gear shop I have to stop and buy something - even strings, I have 5 xtra sets...
Am I going Crazy???

I just found my Digitech Bass Whammy (I've moved a couple times since I got it). I added it to my pedal board and other effects that I need another pedal board for.

I'm in.

All in all I love using effects (synth, chorus, phase, flange etc.)

Man... I totally forgot that I was a member of this club until it resurfaced to the top of the effects page.

In other news, I just got a Digitech GNX 4... I'll probably play around with it for a few weeks and then start buying the pedals that the effects are based off of.
