While running my effects through the effects loop, can I run my sonic maximizer through the amp input?

Most people put all of their effects (pedals) before the amp input, but there shouldn't usually be a problem doing it like you suggest.

This is the BBE Sonic Stomp. I have a pedal board with various effects, that I run through the effects loop. I don't use it all the time. I just got the BBE. I was wondering if I could run it between my bass and the input on the amp.

I never had this particular pedal (been using the Zoom simulation some time ago) but AFAIU it should work fine
