Email Notification?

What's up with the email notification system? I saw a message a few days ago saying it should be up and running in a couple of days, but can't find that now.

Anyone know what is going on with it?

I'll be refreshing this page to find out if there are any responses.

It's working as of 8/2. At least I've gotten no other reports of it being broken still. It's working for me...
