Epi Rumblekat Controls Not Working

I am really confussed. I pulled out the Rumblekat last night, plugged her in and none of the controls were working. I had pretty decent volume, but nothing happens when I turn any of the knobs (Volume, Tone, Balance). Not sure how to proceed with trouble shooting this one. Any suggestions?
