A cutaway, and a Dreadnought vs. Jumbo body shape. beyond that, I can't tell
Rockingedit: Also, the Capitan is all-maple with an eSonic pickup and pre, while the Segundo is mahogony back and sides with a spruce top, and a Shadow Classic P4 pickup and pre.

I have an el capitan, the tone is heavenly, great action, decent electronics with built in tuner. Its a lot of guitar for 5 bills!
