Epiphone EB3 *long scale*. Per the serial number, 2001 and Made in Korea.
Overall, it's in very good shape - fully functional with some light playing wear and surface scratches. No buckle rash. A couple of imperfections (see photos) - a dimple on the side near wear your arm might rest and what can only be described as a small gouge on the top in that same general arm rest area.
Neck is solid, truss rod turns, set up in medium low fashion. Plays nicely.

Note the Gibson truss cover and the trapezoid inlays as was the custom back then.
Sounds great. Excellent output from the neck humbucker, not as good from the other as is customary but it does lend some bark and bite. Currently wearing chrome flats and I will include some GHS Boomers (rounds) as well. Comes in a gig bag and will be shipped very safely and securely.
