I have been looking for a new stool for pit/orchestral music, as I have switched to Laborie for solo material.
I was wondering what would be more ergonomic (in my price range) The KC Strings stool/stand or the Roc N Soc tower. I know the KC strings has the built in stand but my concern is, I plan to play seated with a shorter laborie, and I am worried about getting my massive bass to be stable enough, and at the same time not do too much bending and twisting to get around the instrument!
