ESP LTD B206SM - action?

Sorry to be so narrow and specific, but can anyone tell me what the action is like on the ESP LTD B206SM? would be awesome if it is nice and low like the Ibanez SR506's is said to be!

Any info or pictures would be greatly appreciated!

Action won't be decidedly low or high on any bass with an adjustable bridge. You can make it high or low on any bass. A bass with good fretwork will allow you to set it lower, but with mass-produced basses like ESP or Ibanez, the fretwork can always be hit or miss (but easily fixed by any tech).

I just purchased one last week. The action on the bass can be set very low. I'd say about 2 to 2.5 mm w/o fret buzz. It has a dual truss rod which will make adjustments nice and tight. This is an outstanding bass sound and playability wise...but very heavy!!

I've had one for over a year now and I can "+1" everything you've said. Mine has an Audere preamp in it, too.

I've got both a B206SM and an Ibanez SR506. BOTH are killer basses. But they are quite different basses. Ibanez is small light thin fast neck and killer tone. The B206SM is a MUCH heavier bass and a much more standard tone kind of bass. But mine at least has about the best feeling neck i've ever played on a factory bass. I'm not into super low actions but clearly I could set it that way if I wanted. No fret problems. (Ibby has none either).

The Ibby has a wider fatter tone that can really drive the music if that is what you want, while the B206SM has much more definition and articulation if you are looking for that. Weight is biggest factor mine is 12 lbs. 4 Oz.
