Anybody got any opinions on essential techniques for both left and right hands if you want to play many styles?
Currently tackling J C Superstar as an intermediate player: going OK but finding some better playing techniques would have been good too. As an example, being able to use the index finger to go from G on the D string to D on the A string (one note above the other in other words) is turning out to be a handy thing to do.
So yeah, any ideas? Or good YouTube clips?
