Been playing my epiphone thunderbird since september (and 'cello for a good 8 years before that...) and decided it was time to get to know some fellow bassists - you all seem like a nice bunch so I'm looking forward to learning a lot!

Btw I'm in Harrow, north London, hence it being evening here, and the fact I can actually spell properly.

I totally agree with you. My friend told me that the bass forum on nexopia was full of knowledgable people, which im not saying they arent, but not the nicest bunch of people so this site pleasantly suprised me.
Hi Harrow, My name is Greg, im 17 and been playing bass for about a year and a month now. I also have an epiphone thunderbird which used to belong to an 80's hairmetal band out of regina called 'Kickaxe' so I got a pretty good deal on it (even though I had to sell my Pbass in exchange for it). I'm in a Hardcore band called Never Compromise hailing out of regina and we're doing fairly well, making enough money to pay for t-shirt designs and gas to travel to other cities around saskatchewan. It's a good time haha
