This is a piece I have been working on and editing through for a few days. It builds into what it becomes. Starts out with the intro to "Everybody Love's Raymond", and I connected the chord changes in being a little bit related to Take the A-Train's theme. So I go into that for a bit and then the instrumental takes on another major mid section change which is just really free-form I suppose (whatever you want to call it), and a lot of really cool things start to happen. I also added some horn sections which also really make it sound good. The only thing that is not me are the horns, but I hand picked them and placed them where I wanted them. So this is me man, this is what I do when I am locked in a studio without supervision.....watch out! ha ha. But do let it build, hear it in its full, let it breathe, see what it tells you. This is my jazz. A few rocky parts, but just a few small areas that bugged me but not to fret over (I won't fret anyway because I don't have any!).
I really hope you find this interesting and enjoyable! Feel free to comment...and thank you.
