I have in my basses both Glockenklang and Delano pre-amps.
IMO the Delano is okay, nothing spectacular, just works... The Glockenklang is, just as Kwesi said, absolutely transparent, a great preamp with a very useful treble range. Forget that 18k spec, all that does is to provide a musical slope to increase the top end and not a lower centreed spike.
For my own next built however I am going to use a Invalid Link Removed preamp.
Both the standard 2 and 3 band pre's are also available mounted on a J control plate, but what entices me are the parametric options
