Very Nice Vince, still in the land of the Scots ? Are you able to warm this bass up and give it a littel more of a rounder rosewood tone ?

Hi Major!

No, unfortunately, I'm not here anymore, I left Scotland in June, graduated there, and I'm actually furthering my studies in France, in Lyon! (A master!).

Concerning the bass, I think it's pretty hard to get something like rosewood, you can come close, but you can't match IMHO....

It reduces compression, and offers you a more "open sounding" bass.
That's why George Furlanetto kept telling me while in my process of choosing..
