For sale is a very nice mint condition Keith Roscoe LG-3000 four string bass. The body is Swampash with an exhibition grade Maple Burl Top with a Mahogany tone plate with natural finish. Maple neck with Purpleheart center with Maple and Cherry accent laminations. The fingerboard is Wenge. This is a mint condition amazing piece of craftsmanship which was completed in late 2008. Bartolini pickups and electronics. Killer tone with playability all day long. It has only left my house about a half dozen times. It pains me to let go of this baby but I have another bass that was custom built for me that has become my goto weapon and this one is becoming a closet queen and that just cannot stand. It is such a wonderful instrument that it deserves to be played. A couple years ago I had another LG-3000 and I foolishly sold it thinking I was going to become a five string player. Tried it for a while only to realize that I just AM a four string kind of guy. I contacted the guy I sold it to asking to buy it back and he refused. So I picked this one up in hopes of coming close to recapturing that tone I missed so much. I was pleasantly surprised when not only did it meet my expectations but exceeded them.
