Factory Replacement on Schecter Bass?

Happy New Year

Does anyone know if Schecter would replace a neck on a bass? Found one of those XXX basses that someone wants to do some trading for and I don't care for the inlays, I'm not a prude, I'm kinda a traditionalist. Any Ideas?
