Fake Warwick?

Hi, this is for sale locally but I am wondering if it's a fake:

My assessment is based on the bridge type and having 5 knobs. Also looks like the bridge is off center.

Any thoughts? I might go play it just to see but the seller is only available early in the morning...

Looks a little off. May be from DH or Ali, doesn’t mean it’s a bad instrument. It’s not worth the same a real wick though

uh...definitely looks fake. Older Rockbasses did have the one piece bridge, but even then it didn't look like that one and yes, this one is off-center. Kinda overdid it with the number of knobs too. Also there's no gold MEC logo on the pickups (would be on the right side ). I'd stay away from it.

Maybe a modded Rockbass?

Since it's local, Get a shot of the headstock front and back. That will tell you whether it's a fake or just heavily modded.

Yes i am certain it is a fake. Shape, woods, electronics, hardware, all wrong. Looks decent and well if you like it am sure it is worth a couple hundred dollars. Just dont think it is the real thing or pay alot of $$.
