Fame by David Bowie request

yep your are right, he helped write it and also was the back up singer and second guitar in that song
Don't take this the wrong way (and does anything good ever come after someone says that? ;-)
But that song is really quite straight forward. If you have the chops to play it you should have the chops to be able to sit with the recording and learn it by ear - even transcribe it yourself.
I wouldn't say that normally, but "Fame" has such a minimal bass line - 2 staccato quarters per bar for the bulk of the song... You shouldn't need a tab to get on top of that one. Hell, the bass rests more that it plays IIRC!
Again, no offense meant here. I think if you just sat with it for a few minutes you'd see it's really about as easy a tune as it gets for bass.
