Here's some dude playing my bass.
He's from some obscure indie band called U2 or something.
Think his name's Adam Clayton though I can't be sure, google didn't turn anything up.
And here's my Lakland Skyline Daryl Jones 4, Natural, Black Blocks, Black Pickguard, stock Lakland pups. Unofficially known around here as the "DJ AC" (stress on the Unofficial because it seems there is no deal with Mr. Clayton on this particular bass and representation).
I'm a big U2 fan. Saw a couple of U2 shots with him playing it and I loved the look the DJ. There are only 30 of these made and I'm so happy that I was in the right 'buying window' when looking for a J bass.
This is my first Lakland, the neck is a dream and the bass plays beautifully. I'll be seriously considering a Lakland Bob Glaub over Fender when I'm in the market for a P bass in a year or so based on this experience with Lakland.
I put the blue pick in as a little nod to Mr. Clayton.
