Do you need advice on shrinking the size down?

Yes, actually. I already own several of that size and I would like to shrink them down to a medium now! I can get the new shirt in medium though.

No it will make you look like someone wearing a black pseudo plaid shirt, almost a wannabe grunge throwback. If you want to look like a dairy cow I would suggest a "cow print" which is still readily available from many retailers and used clothing outlets for the poor and trendy.
