On the milder side there is Peter Gabriel - Solsbury Hill in 7/4, and one of his biggest early hits.



On the heavier side, Soundgarden made a career of off tempo tunes including Spoonman, The Day I Tried to Live, My Wave, etc.

I'd have expected sonicfrog to post more Sting songs He's composed some really cool odd time tunes - I can name I Hung My Head, Seven Days, St. Augustine In Hell and Straight To My Heart off the top of my head.

I personally have too many to name, but, apart from Sting, I like quite a few King Crimson, Rush and Dream Theater odd time tunes as well.

I don't know what it is, but it's odd - my best guess is that it alternates between 9/8 & 7/4??

Maybe someone who likes Clutch and knows how to determine time signatures can verify what is going on in there.

I can play it, but have no idea how to count it off! Ditto Eight Times Over Miss October.

Abraham Lincoln has a lovely 3/4 swing and I love the 7/8 of Dragonfly and 7Jam.

But the kings of insane time-sigs are the mighty Meshuggah. I can knock out riffs here and there, but the groove those guys have is peerless IMO.
