I have decided to sell my current fEARful 12/6 and build my own or maybe a 12sub. I haven't fully decided which one yet. So what we have here is a beautifully built 12/6 cab (built by TBer PassinWind). Its made from a heavy duty Europly that is quite stunning. I have had many compliments on the aesthetics (and tone) of this cab. Everything you need is included except the 3012LF and 18Sound mid drivers. Yes, the crossover is included as well. I will take some internal pics and put them up as well. Without the drivers the cab is around 45LBS so its not the lightest one around. However, if you want a very well built cab that will last a lifetime this is it! Oh yeah, if you are not familiar with the fEARful 12/6 cabs I should mention that these cabs put out a huge amount of volume for their size (some say 310, some say 410) and sound simply superb. I know this one does.

Some specs:

Impedance: 8 Ohms
Dimensions: 16.5"x24.0"x15.25"

Tuning Frequency: ~45-46.5 Hz
500 + watts
dual speakons

Here's a pic (I will be adding more in the next couple days):

So there you have it folks. One amazingly built, beautiful cab with pics to prove it!

My price is $250 + shipping or $225 local. If you bought a 12/6 from an Authorized Builder it would cost $1065. I'm trying for a quick-ish sale.

Edit: Shipping now discounted by 50% up to $100. So if shipping would cost $100 you only pay $50.

It'll probably be hard to get a good pic of the crossovers, as the boards are mounted behind the mid driver box. Here's a pic I took before I installed them. This crossover predates greenboy's Cheap But Good design and uses a much more expensive Jantzen toroidal inductor for the low pass section, a Jantzen air core for the high pass, and Solen caps. I designed the crossover myself and will be happy to discuss it further with any potential buyers in PM. ;)

Nice cab. I'll be listing an 18 Sound mid for sale soon. Sorry about the piggyback, but I think it might help sell this cab if people know.

That caB was the one that started me down the road to 2 fEarful 12.6 cabs with 2 fEarful 12 subs... And it is blingy as all get out with the crazy maple and euro ply goodness. One very sweet cab!

Much appreciated!

I've had some inquiries and it seems shipping is going to be on the expensive side, but if you can swing it, I am guessing you will be pleased.

I was the one who traded this cab to ::::BASSIST:::: and it really is the most beautiful cab I've ever seen. I think it was the nicest piece of art in my house when I owned it. :) Good luck on the sale man!

I was in Vancouver earlier this year, don't know when I'll be back. Do you ever get down to Bellingham to fill the gas tank? Even Bellingham is a 3 1/2 hour drive for me but I could make a day of it.

It would definitely be a very cool practice cab. My wife wouldn't complain about it being in the bedroom.

Seems too nice to drag out to a gig unless it was pretty classy, not for the hoi palloi.

Thanks Bro!

One thing I would like to highlight is that building a natural cab like this is quite challenging and only those with a certain skill set can do it. When I built my cab (15/6) I used duratex paint and spackle to hide screw holes, blemishes and any ugliness that may result from my limited ability.

Passinwind obviously has some very good woodworking skills as your average guy would not be able to pull this off.
