Up for sale is my greenboy Fearless F110 cab. I bought this cab used here on talkbass last year. It is made of Okoume wood and weighs 31 lbs. It has the "upright friendly" switch on back. It is in very good to excellent condition, no dents or cracks to speak of at all.

Not sure there is a min wattage, you can use anything you just won't get the full potential of the cab out of low wattage heads.
As for the max wattage I would say about 500W (into 8 ohms). The 10" Eminence 3010LF is rated at 450W and then it also has the 6" mid driver and horn as well. Gets as loud as a 210 with enough watts.
