Under the options column, the icon shows that he already submitted feedback for our transaction. I've been in contact with Dan and he remembers submitting feedback. But I show no feedback of any kind from DanBass. Can he submit feedback again, or would it be considered duplicate feedback?

the default page you went to shows all feedback he has received or left. your name appears there as someone who left him feedback
If you look at the 'left for others' tab, you'll see he has not yet submitted feedback for you.

I understand all that. I'll ask him to resubmit. It must have got lost somehow considering he recalls doing it already and the feedback page says he already did so as well. Strange.

If you look at the 'what others said' page for DanBass and look at my where my feedback is, in the option column there is a set of icons. If you hover over the one on the left it says something like feedback already received. Otherwise the icon will say something like feedback not given yet.
