Toying with selling this as I have about 20 basses I don't play at all.
It's a fine bass and sounds great. I'm not a huge fan of red, but I don't mind this one.
Overall great condition. A couple small nicks in the neck, but I can't find a mark on the body. Plastic still on black pickguard and also has the original tort guard.
The only issue is the finish seems to have a bubble on either side of the bridge. It is not cracked, just raised up. I asked Brian, and he had no answer unless it was exposed to very high heat, which is doubtful since it has been in a case in my climate controlled house for years.
Anyway, you can probably find it on the Lowend site under sold basses.
Only trades considered would be perhaps FBass or a
Dingwall super J. I have several super Js, so color could be an issue.
10.4 lbs on my scale.
$1700 conus is a good starting point I guess. I am not really strapped for cash, so I don't have a problem leaving it in a closet until 2023.
