Wow! Most American Original 60s sunbursts that I've seen don't look like that. Yours is beautiful! What year was it made?

Yes I have never seen an American Original look that either, especially with all that yellow.
What model is this exactly?
Is the case original??
The 60's came with a black/red interior case.
The 50's came with a tweed/red interior case.

Do you have the Certificate of Authenticity that came with these basses?
Nice looking bass, Thank You

Yes. Bass came with case when I bought it.
60' model 2018. The three tone sunburst is awesome. Looks period correct. The sunburst Fenders of today usually have a darker amber tint to them which I don't like.
Should have the COA somewhere here. These basses look and feel like the discontinued 63 reissues. Same neck profile and wide nut width with 63 pick ups. Basically the same thing.

Really nice SB example of the AO’s. Look at that yellow!

I love these (owned a LPB one) and have a Sonic Blue AO Jazz. Great basses! One thing I had to do was order some side marker dots so I can see them in the dark

That's because it is most likely an American Vintage 63. Take a look at those finishes and you can see it's a dead ringer.
