Guitar center is offering 10% off on the used ones thru 10/22. $1150 shipped before tax. That might not be a bad way to goLooks like a used Flea with a Reverb price on Marketplace.
There's 2 on Reverb right now for $1,100, but local pickup. (meaning the seller would net $1000)
GC has one used for about the same price ($1304 + tax) but you have a 45 day return window....
I'd inquire - but if you get a response that's "discount resistant" I'd just move on.
and Black Friday sales are right around the corner.....
I've seen about a dozen Squiers that had a "replacement" decal put on headstock. It said "Fender". I don't know why people keep doing these things, but they do, even if they don't intend to sell the instrument.Has anyone ever seen an actual counterfeit Fender? I haven’t. I can accept that they may actually exist in this universe… I just have never encountered one!

Haha. I wish I had a dollar for every "Is this legit?" thread featuring an alleged Fender. (It almost never is.)Tons. In person and online. Just browse this forum long enough.
Wow, ok fair enough! I don’t usually look at those threads I guess lol. The few times I have it’s always been an obviously legit Fender and made me think people were just paranoid over this seemingly non-issue.Haha.
