SOLD Fender Japan 70's Reissue Seafoam Precision Bass

    Selling my Fender precision in the harder-to-find seafoam (or is it surf?) green that I picked up second hand. Crafted in Japan (CIJ / MIJ). Words cannot express the level of build quality on this guy.
    -Weighs a little over 8 pounds!!!!
    -Neck is in spectacular condition - I was told this is a quarter-sawn neck. Truss rod looks and works perfectly.
    -Couple of tiny dings on the bottom of the body that I tried to capture.
    -Comes with Fender Deluxe gig bag
    Minor modifications:
    -Not sure if these are the US or Japanese pickups, but the pots are CTS with a Switchcraft jack. Sounds great so I never cared ha!
    -Body is drilled for thumb rest, tug bar, pickup cover, and bidge cover.
    -Body was routed for heel truss rod access so I added an American precision pickguard. (Includes original and thumb rest)
    -Control cavity is shielded and is quite quiet.
    -Fender 'F' neck plate

    Awesome. Looks like a Fender Japan PB70-US in Surf Green. Rare color. Tone to die for. Build quality is outstanding on these. Beautiful, already have one or GAS would be surging!! GLWTS.

    Does this have a wide and flat front to back neck profile?
    Or is it pretty deep and rounded in the back.

    Sorry for the bad descriptions, hopefully you understand what I am asking.

    Not a problem! It is deeper front to back than a jazz bass or a modern precision if that's what you mean. As far as as nut width it's between those two at about 1.65".
