hey everyone!
recently seen a fender jazz MM in a shop in town, i've played it quite a lot and am heavily considering buying it...
i did some research on them and it seems this particular one is different to the standard model.
instead of two volume controls for the pick-ups it has, dual concentric pots... i was stumped, i asked the shop clerk and he said the extra pots were sweeps for my EQ, but i though the EQ were different pots entirely.
the standard black EQ tone knobs are silver on my bass... and one of them again is dual concentric.
i also have a second switch, not found on the standard MM... and i have no idea what that does..! i think its a switch to enable a panning of the pickups...??....
sorry if none of that made sense!
any know what i'm talking about?
