Fender Jazz Question

Hey,

After searching for a hour and not finding anything, here's my Question. I bought a American Jazz Standard from a guy on here a couple of years ago and I don't remember what year it was made. It's not vintage or anything, but I was curious so I figured I'd look up the serial.

Well my Serial number does not fit any of the patterns available. The serial is E 95809 Which is E9 + 4 digits. It has the printing Jazz Bass Made in the U.S.A on the headstock too. The fender site and everyone else has E9+ 5 digits. I guess its not super important to know, its a mid 90's model i think, but I've been thinking of selling it and I'd like to pass on the correct info. I'd also rather not disassemble it to look at the heel of the neck.

Thanks!

It is 22 Frets, though not sure what a "boner" bass looks like. Attached pictures..
