Fender MIJ Jazz

Hi

I play a MIJ Jazz 62 reissue circa 1995, according to the serial number. What confuses me is that on the headstock, the decal is simply "Fender" logo - no Jazz Bass or anything else.

Also the plate attaching the neck to the body has no F or Fender logo either.

Is it the real deal or what?

Neck plates of that era don't have fender logos, F's or serial numbers. I have a MIJ 1994 Jazz and it has the SN at the heel and does say Jazz Bass on the headstock. I had a MIJ 50's tele of that era (96) and it was the same. So I don't know why yours wouldn't.
