I've had a number of trade offers, which I appreciate, but I'm not doing any trades on the basses I have listed. I have too many instruments as it is and I'm thinning the herd. Thanks!

Fender MIM Cabronita Precision bass in outstanding condition.

-Weight is 8.9 lbs.
-Fender Fideli'tron bass pickup
-Hi-mass bridge replaced with a Fender bent plate bridge
-Comes with an SKB Freedom Case

Just a few slight dings in the finish on the body, nothing through the finish. There are a few impressions in the finish around the bridge where the original hi-mass bridge was installed. (I only see them when the light reflects a certain way.) Neck is very clean.

I'm in Chicago (northwest Lincoln Park). If you're local, you're welcome to stop by, check it out, and play it. I'd rather do a local sale on this but am absolutely open to shipping it to a good TBer. I would ship with PirateShip so it should be reasonable. I always pack extremely well.

I haven't sold a ton here on TB, but I have on the 'bay and reverb with almost 2000 all-positive feedback reviews. (portchicago on the 'bay and PorterChicago on Reverb.) I'm listing a bunch of basses and gear here on TB since I have too much stuff for just playing at home these days.

Those don’t look like threaded saddles in the photo. Look like a 70’s style slotted saddle. No? Perhaps the photo is just from a strange angle? Thx.

You are absolutely correct! I've updated the listing. I use bent plate bridges on all of my Fenders cuz I'm weight weenie. :)

The spec is 1 5/8" but they do vary a touch and this one is just under 1 5/8".

Here's the Fender Model number 0145602306 which will give you all of the specs in a google search.

I have one of these, upgraded the pickup to the TV Jones Thunderblade, and it’s my best sounding P. The Thunderblade seems to overdrive the higher end naturally and it sits in the mix perfectly. Just one guys opinion but I love the tone.
