Details

Here’s a set of Fender, Gen 1, Noiseless Jazz Bass pickups. I had them in my, old, knock Around, Fender Jazz for a few months (with White pickup covers on them) and installed via a Solderless, Obsidian Wire harness. As you can see, the original covers still have the protective plastic covers on them. Selling because they are a little, smoother and buttery sounding, than I want for this bass.

No trade interest, but your PayPal payment gets the set shipped to your lower 48th US state via USPS Priority Mail with proper packaging and Insurance.

Interesting…I see they're stacked top-to-bottom like the earlier Fender Samarium Cobalt Noiseless pickups. I figured they'd be split-coils, like the Super 55's. :bookworm:

Yeah, these preceded the SCN. I believe these are the first series of Noiseless.

For quite some time, I thought the SCN's came first, but then I thought I'd do some searching through the Pickups & Electronics forum. It looks like the SCN's arrived about four or five years after the first-gen Noiseless pickups started appearing. :bookworm:

Thanks for the info, Alan! I have learned "a thing" today!

Can you measure these without the covers? I'm curious if they will fit into a dual J pickup cover I have for a 2007 Fender Deluxe P Bass. I have .6" x .6" x 3.6" single stack coils with 19mm spacing. Thanks!

I’ll have to do that a little later. I always start packing up my items, so I can ship them out quickly.

The neck pickup up is smaller, so The magnets probably won’t line up with a Bridge Position cover
