Brand new beautiful P bass body that I purchased because I had to have it but then never got around to having it built up. Picture doesn’t really do it justice, it’s a really nice burst that looks amazing with either a black, torte or gold pg. At least that’s what I was thinking. Anyway, could use the funds for other things now. Will be shipping in its Fender factory box and I’ll include shipping to conus.

That is a good question but don’t know. There is nothing on it that says where it is made. There is a sticker with a serial number in the rout that does start with an “M” however I don’t know if that is an indication of that.
Also, someone who was interested brought to my attention that on Fender’s site these are selling for $169. I certainly paid more than that but if it is the case and it is the same then I’m open to offers. Thanks for looking.

On Fender's actual site MIM bodies are selling for $250, but on other sites like Musician's Friend they're selling for $170. I'm not certain if the "M" indicates "Mexico" or not, but I really hope not for your sake!

Actually I don't know if the body you're selling is the $169 one... The body you have has a truss rod route, the MIM body might not. Here's a link: https://www.musiciansfriend.com/acc...s-alder-body?rNtt=precision bass body&index=3

My guess is that it’s a MIM Fender 70s classic body (those had the truss notch I believe)
