fender replacement tuners

so im looking to build a p bass with jazz warmoth neck. i need to get some input on tuners. im looking for something lightweigth but that will stay in tune well because i play pretty hard. also im usually in drop Db if that makes any difference

Schallers should do you right. The Fender stuff would work great too.

Unfortunately those Schallers are some of the heaviest tuners on the market. If you want lightweight quality: Hipshot Ultralites.

+1 on the hipshot ultralites, I had them on my last bass and they were awesome. If you're on a slim budget the Gotoh mini tuners aren't bad either.
