@bassliner50, if you like the sound of your Rumble 40, the 100 should certainly be able to sound as good. But, before you go to the trouble and expense of replacing the speaker, here's a couple of easy things to try.
Unlike the Rumble 200 & 500 combos, the Rumble 100 comes with no internal acoustic lining. So some people add some for enhanced tone. You might try just putting some material in the ports, to see if that helps you.
Also, try starting with an approximately true flat EQ setting of about 10, 2, 2 & 10 o'clock for the Bass, Lo Mid, Hi Mid & Treble, with no voicing buttons. Then make slight adjustments from there to find your desired tone. That's usually a good Rumbling start for "tuning" to different venues, too.
