Fender rumble 115 tweeter options?

I have a rumble 115 that the tweeter started to die. Noise and interference from it. I bought a new one but I'm thinking I'm killing it with the fuzz pedal. Maybe kill the new one during time. I know I have the attenuator switch but I like the treble. What I can do? There's are a better robust tweeter that fit the hole? Give up and bought a tweeter array cab? (More boxes to handle) idk...

Don't know if fuzz is killing your tweeter...my GK MBE 115s have on/off piezos, I leave them on and manage them with a low pass filter(Broughton HPF/LPF on my board).

If you like the treble, then you have the wrong tool for the job.

I have a couple of the Rumble 115 cabs and I always turn the tweeter off if I run any kind of overdrive. I’m not sure if it’s necessary, but to my ears it doesn’t sound right when I run overdrive or distortion with the tweeter on…and that’s for any cab, not just the Rumbles.
