No, you can't do that. Only Rumble 200; 500, and 800 have that capability.
I spent some time today troubleshooting my Rumble 40's heating issues.
I just switched it on and it stayed there for about half an hour, then I switched it off, let it cool down, changed the knobs and turned it on again.
It seems to get more warm when gain and master are all the way up.
It doesn't get even remotely hot, no burning smell or whatever. It just goes into that "sorta warm" temperature and smells like a new amp does. I'm not sure whether it matters or not. I need it for a gig on friday, after that I'll consider sending it to Fender for inspection.

Yes, because you said it was getting hot. Today you said "sorta warm" which is not really warm at all.You just said "No, it is not normal at all." yesterday

As you can see, the Rumble 100 doesn't have an extension speaker connection, nor any easy way to do that.
BUT, you can run the effects send on your Rumble 100 to the effects return of another Rumble 100, or 200, or 500, or some other amp, for more headroom.
There is a way but then you would have to mod your 100C - check the link in my signature.
Presenting the amp with a lower load will give you more power - theoretically.
Keep in mind the amp of the 100C was not designed and tested for that use so it might cause problems if you want more than it is capable of.

Count me as another black knob convert. I kept the original white knobs in case I ever want sell it.

I did my R40 and R200c Friday-and kept the originals. I think they look Good, so, improvement.
Just got a Rumble 500 head , and got a Rumble 112 cab from local music store , then found another 112 cab online , I don't do big gigs, so thought I would ask this , I am considering taking the 112 cab I got at the local store and exchanging it for a Rumble 115 they had , would I get a deeper better bass response from the 115 vrs the 112 when just running the 1 cab , I would "think" so ? Also thinking then I would have the 112 for smaller coffee house style gigs , or if something bigger came up outdoors run the 115 and 112 together , but running just 1 cab most of the time , I kind of think the 115 may be the way to go ? Thanks .
I run an R200C and R112 for our larger gigs. Sounds great(I'd Never need 500w), but your results should be similar
Just smaller fill in gigs on bass is all I do, no PA support , 90 some percent of the time I am a lead player , honestly on these little bass gigs , one of the 112,s would work , but just thinking I might like hearing a bit more lows from the 115 , and maybe hang onto one of the 112,s for now .I run an R200C and R112 for our larger gigs.
