250k or 500k pots for Fender Noiseless Gen 1 P/J pickups?

I am doing a custom Jag assembly and using Fender Noiseless Gen 1 P/J pickups. Am I better to go with 250k or 500k pots? Pickup impedance is in the 11-12k range. Also... should I use a .047 tone cap? Thx!
