Starcaster is from 2013. Short-scale neck with bound maple body, offset f-holes, natural finish, and maple fingerboard. Completely stock with two Fender humbuckers and hi-mass bridge, but comes strung w/ a custom La Bella 760FL set of flatwounds.

Gigantic sound, in pristine condition. Really a beauty in person; Fender outdid themselves w/ this one. No case; weight is 9 lbs, 12 oz.

I don't have any recordings of it, unfortunately. Think big, wooly, thick tone. Those wide range humbuckers are massive.

It's a super fun bass to play, but just not different enough from other basses I have that are doing the trick.
